What Is The Trial?

The aim of this trial is to develop new methods for Autism that may improve social and emotion interaction skills. We aim to evaluate new medication and non-medication based methods to determine the most effective approach to improve emotion development. One of the approaches that has received some media attention is the use of oxytocin. There is evidence in student non-clinical populations that oxytocin has an important role in improving social skill and emotion perception. There is evidence that oxytocin deficiencies are associated with some of the social problems experienced by these individuals. to learn whether Oxytocin improves the ability to process and respond to social information.
